What Youll Do:
- Build and scale the frontend of a new enterprise product offering within Fullscript.
- Design implement and improve userfacing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Own projects from concept to productionwriting clean testable and reusable code.
- Collaborate closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and frontend tooling for maintainability and scalability.
- Participate in and lead code reviews sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Mentor junior developers and help grow the frontend culture on Vanguard.
- Scope and plan development work balancing speed with technical quality.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a JavaScript or FrontEnd Developer ideally at the senior level.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript and frameworks such as React Vue or similar. (We use React TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture state management and testing.
- Solid grasp of HTML CSS and accessibility best practices.
- Experience working with design systems and collaborating with product/design teams.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and building against APIs.
- A passion for clean maintainable code and performance optimization.
- Experience mentoring team members and elevating frontend standards.
- A growthoriented mindsetyou embrace feedback value collaboration and love learning.
- Bonus: Experience with React Native or enterprisescale applications.
