Harrisons is the signature fine dining restaurant at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort proudly led by awardwinning chef Spencer Patrick. With 17 years of delivering culinary excellence in Port Douglas Harrisons is known for setting the standard in fine dining offering daily specials crafted from the finest seasonal Australian produce complemented by an extensive wine and beverage list.
Were excited to present an exciting opportunity for a seasoned and professional F&B Service Expert Supervisor to become part of our passionate team. In this role youll lead a fastpaced and dynamic environment collaborating with a dedicated group of professionals committed to delivering exceptional service. Youll be adept across all frontofhouse operations with the capability to supervise both bar and floor staff during shifts. Your natural talent for connecting with guests will ensure the delivery of meaningful and memorable dining experiences.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 35 years of experience in an elevated dining setting
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong interest in food and beverage with an indepth understanding of wine wine service and pairing
- Knowledge of bar operations and cocktail creation
- Ability to motivate and manage a team with strong communication skills
- Professionalism punctuality and a wellgroomed appearance
- Confidence in decisionmaking and managing operations efficiently under pressure
- A strong work ethic and desire to continually grow in your career
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends (RSA required)
