About the Company
Delray Buick GMC is a leading automotive dealership located in Delray Beach Florida. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and topquality vehicles to our clients. We are part of the Garber Automotive Group established in 1907 currently operating 28 Franchise Dealerships 53 Used Car Locations and a Lending Institution Specializing in SubPrime Auto Loans.
Description of the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service requirements
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timeframes for service and repairs
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional service recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Valid drivers license
