About the Job
As a Slinger Driver you will ensure that delivery of materials is completed as required by dispatch in a safe and efficient manner. Your work means we ship a highquality product all the time and is essential to ours yours and our customers success.
Based out of our Owen Sound location.
What Youll Be Doing
- Drive to job sites and operate the stone slinger
- Operate slinger and spread material to minimize manual labour and increase efficiency on job sites
- Delivering materials such as mulch topsoil and gravel
- Some general labour duties on job sites such as shoveling
- Required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Comply with all company health and safety guidelines
Heres What You Need
- Must have a valid DZ Drivers License along with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean abstract and CVOR.
- Must be comfortable driving standard transmission
- Must be safety conscious
- Excellent team player with great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be punctual and personable
