About the Role
Wehave a rare opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support the service delivery and growth our Child Youth & Family Programs including Foster Care and Adolescent Programs on the Gold Coast.
This role will suit someone who is highly motivated strategic and able to quickly grasp and respond to local will have experience in the senior management of Out of Home Care programs. You will use your business acumen and interpersonal skills to engage and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as promote LWB as a quality service provider.
Working in line with the CARE model you will strive to enhance the lives of young people in a residential and semiindependent settings foster care & child youth and family programs including youth justice family support and transition to adulthood programs incorporating a therapeutic trauma and domestic violence informed approach within the daily structure and purposeful programming.
There is a strong emphasis on leading your team to provide a secure base for our young people within the home liaising with culturally appropriate services and providing opportunities for the young people to connect with the culture in which they identify within.
This position is being offered as Permanent Full Timebased in Robina with work from home flexibility.
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
