About the role
Providing administrative support for the daily and ongoing operational demands of Xavier 10 North.
Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to assist with HR functions/administration and office management.
Good work life balance as the officebased role is Monday Friday
One additional day off per month and 15 loading on annual leave taken.
About you
Demonstrated computer literary and experience using St Vincents applications including Kronos and Oracle.
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and by phone).
Experience in working in a health care setting the ability to be compassionate and demonstrated sensitive approach if/when dealing with patients and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development
Ability to work autonomously whilst managing own workload and meeting deadlines effectively.
