A Day in the Life:
Each day will bring exciting new challenges and creative opportunities. You might start your morning designing artwork for our latest podcast episode ensuring it meets our branding and engagement goals. Later youll dive into a print campaign translating concepts into visually stunning materials that connect with our members and supporters. Youll create dynamic social media content staying ahead of design trends to make our messaging more impactful. Whether conceptualizing campaigns refining existing pieces or developing templates for our chapters your role will be integral in shaping how Sigma communicates with its diverse audience.
You Would Thrive in This Position If:
Youre a natural problemsolver who can take a broad idea and turn it into a fullfledged marketing campaign.
You have experience designing across multiple mediumsemail print social media and digital marketing.
You understand the nuances of print versus digital design and can create pieces that are both visually appealing and technically sound.
Youre skilled in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and comfortable creating editable templates in Canva and PowerPoint.
Youre detailoriented and capable of managing multiple projects without missing a deadline in a hybrid role.
You welcome feedback and thrive in a collaborative supportive team environment.
