Job Description
Interior Designer
Responsibilities:
- Lead scheduling and execution for showroom design projects integrating new products and managing key tradeshow installations
- Establish and uphold corporate interior design standards to ensure consistent brand representation
- Collaborate on the development of interior design documentation using AutoCAD including space planning finish selections furniture layouts and installation details
- Produce conceptual and technical drawings for renovation and construction efforts coordinating with architects external design teams and contractors to align with the companys vision and budget requirements
- Visit job sites as needed to monitor construction progress and oversee the setup of furniture dcor and other visual elements
- Oversee setup and breakdown of multiple national trade shows annually with occasional overnight or weekend travel as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in related field is preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of 20/20 CAP Revit is a plus
- Solid understanding of contract interior design principles
- Strong aesthetic sense for design textiles finishes spatial planning and visual trends
