What Youll Do
* Create 1560s Reels/Shorts daily
* Implement trending hooks using CapCut/Canva Magic
* Add Hindi/English captions & autogenerated subtitles
* Repurpose long videos into snackable shorts
* Collaborate with scriptwriters for memestyle content
* Optimize videos using basic AI tools (RunwayML/Pictory)
Skills We Need
Must Have:
* 1 year creating Reels/Shorts (share 5 samples)
* Expertise in CapCut/InShot (mobile editing OK)
* Understanding of Instagram/Youtube algorithms
* Basic motion graphics (kinetic text/transitions)
* Fluent in meme culture (Bigg Boss to Cricket edits)
Good to Have:
* Diploma in Multimedia/Animation
* Voiceover dubbing skills
* Knowledge of Viraltag.ai/Trends
