Job Description

Summary:

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness generate leads and support the growth of the Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP) business. This role requires a strong understanding of brand strategy digital marketing social media public relations and event marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative and datadriven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development and of VPPs brand strategy ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Manage the creative team including a graphic designer to produce highquality marketing materials (brochures presentations website content social media graphics etc..
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and curate engaging content for VPPs social media channels (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram etc..
    • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns including targeted advertising email marketing and content marketing.
    • Track and analyze lead generation performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Marketing:
    • Manage marketing presence at industry conferences including booth design staffing and promotional materials.
    • Plan and execute marketing activities for annual companywide event.
  • Public Relations:
    • Develop and execute public relations strategies to build brand awareness and position VPP as a leader in the veterinary industry.
    • Secure media coverage in relevant industry publications.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage and optimize VPPs digital presence including website blog and online advertising.
    • Improve search engine visibility through SEO and SEM initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing and communications with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.
  • Experience with project management and budget management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo).
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
