About the role:
- Deliver high quality repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Schedule work for the day and provide direction to the Production team as to what needs to be completed and by when.
- Develop a team that can perform to its optimum level providing coaching and supporting the team throughout their CARe journey.
- Ensure the correct repair processes and procedures are being followed.
- Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts required.
About You:
- Prior Collison Repair experience in a leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
- Trade qualifications in panel beating spray painting or mechanics.
- Have a passion for cars and delivering high quality repairs.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
