Job Description

The Role
We are looking for an experiencedLead Recruiterto drive GTM and nontechnical hiring. This role requires someone capable of independently managing endtoend recruitment for 1012 positions per quarter while building strong stakeholder relationships and optimizing processes. You will also mentor junior recruiters when needed and contribute to operational leadership within the recruitment function.

Key responsibilities :

    • Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across GTM and nontechnical roles.
    • Recruit for 1012 roles per quarter ensuring timely and highquality hires.
    • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers understanding their needs and delivering results.
    • Source and attract top talent leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring.
    • Lead recruitment operations ensuring process efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.
    • Mentor and guide junior recruiters fostering team development when required.

What were looking for :

    • 6 years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders.
    • Strong problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
    • Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
