JobTitle: MIS Executive Performance & Business Intelligence
JobSummary:
Reporting to: MISManager/Lead
The MISExecutive will be responsible for executing data collectionreporting dashboard maintenance and performance tracking tosupport business intelligence of how the products & services are performingexternally and operational decisionmaking WRT internal functions andprocesses. The role involves generating reports managing MIS toolsassisting in performance analysis and ensuring data accuracy across businessand operational processes.
The MISExecutive will work closely with the MIS Manager business operationsresearch and product teams to execute daily reporting tasks optimizeworkflow automation and maintain realtime performance dashboards.

Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelors in businessadministration Commerce Statistics Computer Science Data Analytics orrelated fields
Experience: 14 years in MIS reporting business intelligenceoperations support or data analytics
Preferred Skills: MS Excel SQL Power BI Tableau Google DataStudio Python (Preferred) Business Reporting KPI Monitoring
Requirements & Skills:
MIS & Report Generation
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on business performance operations efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain and update MIS dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure timely data entry validation and accuracy for business and operational tracking.
Data Collection &Analysis
- Extract and process data from various sources (databases CRM web analytics operational logs etc..
- Assist in data trend analysis forecasting and pattern identification to support decisionmaking.
- Support automation of routine reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Dashboard Maintenance &BI Support
- Assist in creating and updating dashboards in tools like Power BI Tableau and Google Data Studio.
- Ensure realtime data visualization and reporting for business performance monitoring.
- Work closely with the MIS Manager and data teams to optimize dashboard functionality.
Operational &Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyse operational metrics business KPIs and financial performance indicators.
- Monitor service efficiency and operational workflow adherence through datadriven insights.
- Support SLA compliance and performance evaluation reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination &Documentation
- Work closely with business product and operations teams to understand reporting needs.
- Assist in preparing presentations reports and documentation for senior management.
- Maintain and update MIS process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
