Design development and Implementation of Servicenow customization including core platform setup
workflow administration reporting data importscustom scripting and thirdparty integrations.

Good platform knowledge on Business rules UI Pages UI Macros UI Scripts script Includes Client Scripts
workflows etc.

Ability to lead/support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow
platform including managing system configurations gathering and documenting user and process
requirements developing workflow customizations and performing quality assurance testing and user
acceptance testing

Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver endtoend methodologies within
ServiceNow which includes architecting technical implementations organizing and prioritizing development
effort interfacing with vendors and management.

Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on consulting project
engagements

Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
Familiarity and experience working in an agile development environment
Good understanding of JavaScript and Web Services
