Position Overview:
As a Valet Attendant at our prestigious 5star luxury hotel you will be the first point of contact for our guests providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for the exceptional service our guests expect.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
To succeed in this role candidates must demonstrate the ability to meet all essential job duties with professionalism and consistency. Key qualifications include:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred; a positive serviceoriented attitude is essential.
Licensing: Valid drivers license reliable transportation and an acceptable motor vehicle record (max three moving violations in three years). A clean background check is required.
Core Skills: Strong hospitality and communication skills; ability to provide exceptional guest service through professionalism and active listening.
Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing environments managing priorities and adhering to company policies.
Dependability & Safety: Reliable and punctual; committed to safety protocols and maintaining equipment properly.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Professional appearance and schedule flexibility (including nights weekends and holidays) are required.
Work Environment: Includes both indoor and outdoor settings often in dynamic and sometimes noisy conditions involving vehicles and public interaction.
Cell Phone Use: May require use of a personal cell phone for workrelated communication with reimbursement per company policy

Employee at Will:
Employment with PMC is on an atwill basis meaning either the employee or the employer may end the employment relationship at any time for any reason with or without cause or notice in accordance with applicable laws. A 120day introductory period applies.
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA):
This position is classified as nonexempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) meaning employees in this role is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and onehalf times their regular hourly rate. PMC adheres to all applicable federal state and local wage and overtime laws ensuring that compensation complies with these legal standards. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
PMC is compliant with all state workmans compensation laws.
