DISHER is partnering with a metals paper and plastics recycling company to fill their Metals Processor Heavy Equipment Operator position. In this role you will manage the processing of metals at the metals yard with a focus on operating Heavy Equipment and the core purpose of always staying one step ahead of material coming into the yard.

Load outbound materials efficiently assist with incoming load placement
Perform equipment inspections assist with maintenance and report issues

Experience in operating heavy machinery preferably in a metals yard
Knowledge of material grades and their impact on costs and profits
Ability to maintain a safe clean and organized work area
Physical ability to handle demanding tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers
Problemsolving skills to address material handling or equipment issues
Attention to detail for maintaining equipment functionality and smooth operations
