Job Description
Overview
The Summer Works Staff will work in various departments in the Institute contributing to business operations in a courteous professional and responsible manner. Responsibilities may include administrative support facilities support research support educational support and/or patient care aide dependent on the department in which the individual is working.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing organizing and scanning study records and preparing them for storage.
- Assist with administrative tasks and organization of departmental documents for the Clinical Trials Unit.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying scanning and filing.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed.
- Shadow clinical research activities and gain insights into the clinical trial process.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Individual must be currently enrolled in a current college undergraduate student program.
Qualifying candidates are college/university students (undergraduate only and cannot be graduating Spring or Summer 2025.
