Why do I see two salary ranges
The City of Greeley in compliance with Colorado state law includes a salary range for all positions posted. This law is intended to improve wage transparency. Job Summary:
The Visitor Services Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service handling admissions and supporting retail store sales at the City of Greeley Museums. This role ensures a welcoming environment for all visitors assists with museum store operations and facilitates ticketing and membership sales. The ideal candidate is friendly detailoriented and passionate about history and community engagement.
This is a variable hourly position up to 20 hours per week based at either our Greeley History Museum or Centennial Village Museum. Work will be on Thursdays Fridays and/or Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm with the possibility of additional hours to support special events and programming as needed.
The City of Greeley Museums is dedicated to bringing our shared cultural heritage to life through education community engagement and preservation. We offer programs events and outreach that engage audiences of all ages fostering a connection between the past and present. We seek individuals who can lead in these efforts mentor interns volunteers and workstudy students and cultivate a shared appreciation for our communitys history.
