Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Electrical. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical/Electrical
Desired Experience:10 to 18 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in theIndustry preferred Sheet metal fabrication Industry
Salary: Rs. 35000/ to Rs. 40000/

ResponsibleforallMaintenanceFunctioninthePlant
DaytodayPlanningofm/cBreakDownmaintenance&dailyplanwork
Runningof the spareworkshopforrepairingandalsomakingnewsparewith5simplementation.
Wholemaintenancedepartment representative as DICA for IMS (ISO/ ISOAPI audit documentpreparationandcontrol.
The master plan for routine as well as shutdownmaintenance.
Preventivemaintenance breakdown analysis and supervision control.
Equipment history andmaintenanceof such records for shutdown activity.
Responsibleforcorrectionandcorrectiveaction.
MaintainhistoryforallmajorequipmentanddataforMIS.
Departmentsafetyrepresentativetoidentifyandrectificationofunsafeactsandconditionstoachievezeroaccidents.
WeeklyandMonthlyperformancereportpreparationanddepartmentbudget/Inventorycontrolmonitoring
Materialprocurementnewvendordevelopment andmaterialfollowup.
Kaizenandmodificationtoincreasemillutilizationqualityimprovement andpowersaving.
Tomaintaintheplantandequipmentmaximumoperatingefficiencyreducingdowntimeandensuringoperatingsafetyto the achieveddepartmentaswellasorganizationgoals.
Tohelpmanagementintaking the decisionofreplacementornewinvestmentandactivityparticipatespecificationpreparationequipmenterectingandcommissioning.
Training ofmaintenancepersonal on the related jobs.
Takingsafetymajorin the workingarea.Andidentification/Rectificationunsafecondition.
