Job Description
The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring seasonal Pool Attendants to be responsible for the daily upkeep of the pool area creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position requires a combination of cleaning customer service and basic cash handling skills with a focus on ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout the shift including straightening furniture wiping tables sweeping restocking towels and emptying trash.
- Clean and maintain restrooms including replenishing supplies sweeping and disinfecting surfaces.
- Enforce all pool rules and safety procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting guests answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the pool desk micros and hotel PMS.
- Sell sundries at the towel desk.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service.
- Ability to stand walk twist and lift.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings.
- Ability to perform mental and visual tasks accurately.
