Experienced Technicians Needed

Job Summary:

Bell Ford is seeking technicians with 3 years experience in the automotive field.

We have a young growing team that work together to provide quality repairs. We have an air conditioned shop with the coolest techs around.

Compensation: Flatrate commission based pay where your salary is directly tied with your work ethic. There is no salary cap so the skys the limit.

Hours: Service is open 7am6pm Monday through Friday. Saturday 7am5pm. We offer flexible hours within that schedule.

We are looking for an experienced technician who has:

• A positive attitude about work coworkers and life
• Would like to become certified with a long standing brand
• Your own tools
• Preferred applicants have experience in Lincoln or Ford

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Service Technician experience at a Dealership
• High school diploma or equivalent ASE Certification preferred
• B level qualifications including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair
• Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent handeye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid AZ drivers license and gooddriving record
• Must be able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
