TheRole
Responsibilities:
DesignimplementandmanageadvancednetworkinfrastructuresolutionswithafocusonF5technologiesincludingLocalTrafficManager(LTM)andGlobalTrafficManager(GTM).
UtilizeCommandLineInterface(CLI)forefficientconfigurationtroubleshootingandautomationofnetworkdevices.
OverseeandmanageDNSinfrastructuretoensurereliableandsecuredomainnameresolutionservices.
ImplementandmaintainITM(IntelligentTrafficManagement)solutionstooptimizetrafficflowandimproveapplicationperformance.
DevelopandmaintainautomationscriptsusingAnsibletostreamlineinfrastructuremanagementanddeploymentprocesses.
Collaboratewithcross functional teams to develop and implement infrastructure strategies thatsupportbusinessgoals.
Providetechnicalleadershipandmentorshiptojuniorengineersfosteringacultureofcontinuouslearningandimprovement.
Monitorsystemperformancetroubleshootissuesandimplementsolutionstoensurehighavailabilityandreliabilityofinfrastructureservices.
Staycurrentwithindustrytrendsandadvancements and recommend improvements toenhancetheefficiencyandeffectivenessoftheinfrastructure.
Work Hours:Forty hours a week with adjustments for night and weekend work during upgrades.
Requirements:
BachelorsdegreeinComputerScienceInformationTechnologyorarelatedfield(orequivalentexperience).
10yearsofexperienceininfrastructureengineeringwithaproventrackrecordofsuccessfullymanagingcomplexnetworkenvironments.
DeepexpertiseinF5technologies(LTMGTM)andhandson experience with CLI fornetworkdevicemanagement.
StrongknowledgeofDNSinfrastructureandmanagement.
ExperiencewithITMsolutionsandtheirimplementationinalargescale environment.
ProficiencyinAnsibleforautomationofinfrastructuretasks.
Excellentproblemsolvingskillsandtheabilitytoworkwellunderpressure.
Strongcommunicationandcollaborationskillswithafocusondeliveringhighqualitysolutions.
Relevantcertifications(e.g.F5CertifiedBIGIP Administrator Cisco certifications) are aplus.
