We have two exciting new opportunities to join our expanding Outreach Nursing Team as Pepper Foundation Childrens Outreach Nurses @ Helen & Douglas House.
Our Outreach Nursing Team possesses a wealth of experience in specialist palliative care supporting children their families and professionals involved with advice symptom control support and management throughout the palliative care pathway in a variety of community settings across the 6 counties of Helen & Douglas House catchment area.
Working as a Band 6 Pepper Foundation Childrens Outreach Nurse @Helen & Douglas House you will need to be an autonomous practitioner with community experience and have the vision to deliver and support exceptional palliative care within a variety of settings throughout the catchment area which will make a real difference to children and their families with a primary focus within the county of Buckinghamshire.
You will work as part of a wider team of other Nurses Doctors Nursery Nurses Physio Family Support Services and Volunteers within Helen & Douglas House as well as working collaboratively with external multidisciplinary professionals in the childs own community and help drive our service forward. In return we will provide a nurturing and resourceful work environment comprehensive training and development opportunities.
We have two full time 37.5 hours) permanent positions available. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 30th April 2025.
