Job Description
To greet all guests customers and members when entering the property during the overnight shift and ensure that the resort entrance is maintained in a safe and secure manner.
Responsibilities
Operate the welcome center with a pleasant and professional manner.
Be prepared to give directions to the resort private residences and surrounding areas.
Announce arriving Guests/ Golfers on proper radio channel
Follow proper radio protocol
Working in the exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
Qualifications
Must be able to communicate effectively
Great customer service skills
Must have flexible schedule
Be able to work in different weather conditions
