Job Description

Come join us as a Workforce Retention Consultant (WRC). Youll be there for clients after theyve landed a job making sure theyve got the support tools and tweaks they need to stick with it and thrive.

Its all about helping people stay employed build confidence and take steps toward bigger goals!

About the role

Working closely with both employees and employers youll help build strong lasting working relationships ensuring clients have the right tools guidance and workplace adjustments to succeed. Youll assist clients with career development and progression while achieving key employment milestones that contribute to longterm job retention and satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Assessments to identify client support needs
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans based on assessment outcomes
  • Support clients in setting and achieving employment and career goals
  • Identify and respond to support needs at different stages (e.g. probation sustainable employment)
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and employers to monitor progress and provide ongoing support
  • Assist clients in managing consent and disclosure related to disabilities or health conditions
  • Tailor support delivery to suit individual client and employer preferences (e.g. phone onsite)
  • Monitor earnings and gather appropriate evidence to support claims
  • Use tracking tools to manage claim due dates and ensure compliance with all requirements

Skills and experience

  • Strong problemsolving skills with a solutionsfocused mindset
  • Resilience patience and a genuinely empathetic approach
  • Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with people from all walks of life
  • Creative and adaptable in tailoring support to meet individual needs
  • Frontline experience within an employment services provider
  • Experience in developing customised employment opportunities and diversity programs
  • Confident in identifying opportunities for job carving job sharing and taskbased roles beyond traditional job titles
