WHO YOU ARE:

The Senior .NET Production Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability availability and reliability of .NETbased applications in a production environment. This role provides advanced support for incident management issue resolution system monitoring and postdeployment validation. The analyst will work closely with development teams infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to proactively manage incidents improve operational processes and maintain service levels for critical applications.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Serve as the seniorlevel point of contact for production support of .NETbased applications.
  • Monitor application health system performance and job schedules using monitoring tools and logs.
  • Triage and resolve incidents by identifying root causes and coordinating with development QA and infrastructure teams.
  • Manage the incident lifecycle using tools such as ServiceNow including escalation resolution tracking and documentation.
  • Participate in release and deployment activities including pre and postdeployment validations and rollback planning.
  • Analyze recurring issues and recommend or implement longterm fixes or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand issues and ensure timely resolution and communication.
  • Maintain support documentation knowledge base articles and runbooks to enhance operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with change control security and audit requirements in the production environment.
  • Support oncall rotations and respond to critical incidents during offhours as needed.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

  • 5 years of experience supporting .NETbased applications in a production support or application support role.
  • Proficient in SQL Server knowledge in designing and developing SQL queries. Mongo DB NService Bus
  • Expert in building Restful API
  • Must have experience working with C# React JS Angular and Java script
  • Should have good demonstrable experience in systems architecture and Ntier application development using Microsoft technical stack SQL server
  • Solid understanding of .NET framework architecture and application components (IIS Windows Services APIs).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splunk AppDynamics Azure Monitor or similar for log analysis and system monitoring.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to run queries for troubleshooting.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to manage highpressure highimpact situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within ITILbased environments and using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
