Job Description

Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist (DTS) to lead and drive our organization through the digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital technologies business processes and change management. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital strategy to enhance operational efficiency improve customer experiences and drive innovation.



The DTS is responsible for acting as technical consultant for all Zoho Solutions. (Zoho CRM Zoho Finance Zoho People and Zoho One)


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine the organizations digital strategy.
  • Develop business requirements specifications process flows application design application configuration testing and deployment specifically for Zoho solutions.
  • Complete the configuration for user stories within Zoho using native features and/or customization.
  • Integrate with other solutions using products API or readymade integration tools to meet customers requirements.
  • Design and develop custom solutions on Zoho platform to meet different business requirements based on market needs.
  • Focus on quality and test all changes in a sandbox prior to deployment to production.
  • Provide administrative services for setting up users features etc.
  • Provide the required support/troubleshooting to end user and escalate applications errors to vendor development team.
  • Execute digital data visualizations of implemented work apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations and use assessments of organizational culture performance and readiness for change.


Digital Transformation Practice


The Digital Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our business leaders move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organizations culture modernizing specific functions redesigning the organization structure and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.



Requirements

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience 3 years) in leading digital transformation initiatives in a similar role.
  • Previous experience on technology implementation projects (Zoho SAP Oracle Microsoft Salesforce custom solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing data analytics and artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Certifications in relevant areas such as project management digital strategy or change management are a plus.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
  • Handling many tasks & responsibilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
