Broadreach Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading designled manufacturer to find an exceptional Supply Chain Manager to join their U.S. operation. This is a highimpact role with real ownership strategic influence and the opportunity to drive meaningful change within a fastpaced and growing organization.
About the Role:
The Supply Chain Manager will take full responsibility for the sourcing supplier relationships and logistics strategies across the U.S. operations. Youll play a central role in ensuring consistent material flow managing outsourced production optimizing cost structures and contributing to the overall scalability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead supplier selection negotiation and ongoing performance management
Manage material planning procurement and delivery to support production and project timelines
Implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality or service
Oversee outsourced manufacturing partners and streamline supply chain processes
Collaborate with operations sales and finance teams to align strategy and improve efficiency
Mitigate risk and ensure compliance across all sourcing and logistics activities
What Were Looking For:
710 years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing or OEM environment
Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage supplier relationships
Experience with outsourcing production and driving cost savings
Proficiency in ERP systems and datadriven decision making
Strong leadership communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills
