Today were a team of a few hundred people but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a member of our Interiors team your primary focus will be to help our customers achieve their vision for beautiful spaces with the addition and ongoing care of indoor plants in our communitys most beautiful commercial properties. Youll support the success of that vision with a weekly route of watering pruning and pest and disease scouting following a set of defined standards and best practices. And youll be assisting with new interior plant installations within the scope and timeframe given by the Field or Account Manager.
YOUR IMPACT:
o Follow your assigned route attend weekly safety meetings and communicate with your Field Manager to keep projects on track
o Care for plants at the highest level identify and treat pests and uphold Mulhalls standards in every account
o Travel safely between accounts complete tasks within the allotted time and track time accurately in the Aspire Crew Mobile app
o Assist with plant installations and collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth operations
o Follow Mulhalls uniform and safety guidelines to create a professional and safe work environment

o Strong organizational timemanagement and multitasking skills while maintaining consistent attention to detail
o A valid Nebraska drivers license
o While knowledge of tropical and indoor plants is always a plus an eagerness to learn is invaluable
