Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee community and career growth We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Barista with the ambition to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role for our caf located near U of T Scarborough a vibrant and bustling community.
The caf is owned by a leading real estate developer known for creating engaging communities nationally and internationally. They take pride in fostering a welcoming atmosphere that connects people and theyre looking for someone who shares that vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve highquality coffee beverages with precision and care
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and inclusive environment
- Assist with daily operations including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff and ensuring efficient store operations
- Help foster a positive communitydriven atmosphere in line with the cafs values
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista in a fastpaced caf environment
- A passion for coffee and customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role
