The Alliances Manager will be the primary relationship liaison between Relias and its partners. The Alliances Manager is responsible for working directly with our multiple partner types to create and implement integration content and referral programs. The successful candidate for this position will be a highlymotivated technologyminded strategyoriented business development executive that is excited to grow and cultivate our partners to their full potential.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Responsible for partner relationships including: strategic planning revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably retain grow and service the partner
- Working with Relias Marketing team to:
- comarket programs that generate pipeline and revenue with and through partner
- Working with Relias Product team to;
- build and manage integration marketplace for technology software vendors
- become an expert on our product our competition and the markets in which we compete
- Working with Relias Sales team to:
- maximize partner revenue potential
- forecast pipeline and revenue from partners on a quarterly and annual basis
- Collaboratingwith partners to:
- develop and execute against a goto market strategy
- help deliver communications develop joint collateral and strategically manage joint events
- be the single point of contact for the partner and bring in resources from Relias Marketing Product and Support as necessary
- identify new business and revenue opportunities
- Recruit and evaluate new partnerships negotiate business terms and manage executed agreements
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
- Performing in a partner management sales or marketing related role in the technology sector (healthcare a plus)
- Establishing and managing trusted relationships with senior business leaders by creating and managing automated processes in a onetomany way
- Salesforce Marketo and project management software to manage partner relationships
- Strong project managementand expertise with a solid understanding of marketing programs events and promotions as well as experience in developing partner marketing plans
- Other healthcare technology software vendors; EMRs Data Analytics and others partner work is a plus
- Being ahandson selfdirected person who plans prepares and executes professionally
- Working well with limited supervision and with limited resources
- Being energetic enthusiastic and having initiative
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree or higher
