Were looking for a Senior Technical Analyst Technical Analyst who expects more from their career.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Technical Corporate Systems Applications team. In this role you will be responsible for the development maintenance and enhancement of systems that underpin our core business processes. These will be primary our Oracle OCI and OCI platforms and Copado. You will ensure the continued optimization and performance of these systems while driving continuous improvements to meet the evolving needs of our global business operations. A key focus of this role will be supporting the global rollout of Salesforce ensuring successful deployment and adoption across the organization with integrations & release management

What we expect from you

• Oracle OIC Integration Cloud and OCI Cloud infrastructure experience and certifications
• Proven experience with release management experience preferably with Copado and Salesforce
• Experience with DevOps tools and best practices and Strong skills in PL/SQL development
• Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills that encourage growth for junior members
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines version control and deployment processes
• Experience and skills using tools such as Copado Jira Gitlab GitHub Docker Confluence etc.
• Assist & support business and technical teams
• Adhere and work within ITIL standards at dunnhumby for incident problem and root cause analysis
• Ensure that the businesscritical technical systems are operating smoothly and efficiently
• Provide subject matter expertise and good communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and document workflows and solution
