- Drive impactful government engagement for a top 100 global university
- Play a key role in shaping UWAs strategic advocacy and policy initiatives
- Fulltime appointment on a twoyear fixedterm basis.
- Base salary range: $129497 $137029 p.a. plus 17 superannuation.

The Office of the ViceChancellor comprises a small professional team supporting the ViceChancellors responsibilities as the Chief Executive of a top 100 global university. The University employs approximately 3500 staff and has an annual turnover of close to $1 billion.
About the opportunity
- Lead government relations strategy and engagement for UWA
- Provide highlevel advice and analysis on government policy and sector trends
- Foster and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders to enhance UWAs visibility and advocacy efforts
About you
- Proven expertise in government relations policy development or public affairs
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide highlevel advice and briefing materials
- Ability to manage complex projects in a fastpaced environment.
