The London EDITION is looking for its next Employee Experience & Payroll Coordinator (Maternity Cover/Fix Term)!
We are looking for a driven diligent and friendly Employee Experience & Payroll Coordinator to join the Human Resources team at The London EDITION hotel.
As an Employee Experience & Payroll Coordinator (Maternity Cover) you will:
- Ensure accuracy completeness and timely provision of the monthly payroll.
- Entering new employee data into the company system.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records files and information.
- Comply with HR audit.
- Assist management with processing and supporting new hires using the correct tools and systems.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
