The Vancouver School Board welcomes applications for the position of:
Assistant Building Engineer 1 (ABE 1
Annual Salary : $58280.82 plus shift allowance
Extensive & Comprehensive benefits : Extended Health Dental Municipal Pension Plan etc.
September to June Shifts : Generally 2:30pm10:30pm
July to August Shifts : Generally 7:30am3:30pm
Location : TBA

This position mostly involves cleaning with some heating duties on the afternoon shift. Strong communication skillsand the ability to work independently and as a team member areessential.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 12
- A valid Power Engineer 4th or 5th Class or Boiler Operator Certificate with InterProvincial Certification or higher

- Two References Your current Manager and 1 more most recent direct supervisor. Include their full name title company name email address phone number and the months and years they supervised you
- A copy of your Work Permit or PR Card (if you are not a Canadian Citizen)
- A copy of your Power Engineering/Boiler Operator Certificate
