Are you an experienced dental receptionist ready to step up and lead the charge in a fastpaced fun and rewarding role At Scott Smith Orthodontics were on the hunt for a superstar scheduler who knows exactly where to pinch pull and prod to keep our schedule flowing like a dream.
About the Role
This isnt your average reception job. Youll be the mastermind behind our front desk operations ensuring every patients journey is smooth every schedule runs like clockwork and every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Working 4 days a week (MondayThursday) at our Launceston practice youll be at the heart of what makes our team tick.
What Youll Be Doing
Be the scheduling genius expertly managing multiple books without breaking a sweat.
Drive innovative reception protocols and embrace new technology (yes even AI!.
Provide stellar support to our Practice Manager and the rest of the reception team.
Handle customer payments appointment bookings and general enquiries with ease.
Keep our reception running like a welloiled machinetidy efficient and welcoming.
Conquer admin tasks like a pro: letters mail deliveries and more!
Be the friendly face and voice for patients over the phone and in person.
What Were Looking For
We need someone whos not just detailoriented but detailobsessed! Youre approachable collaborative and ready to roll up your sleeves and have a at anything new. Ideally youll have:
Experience in a dental or allied health environment (you know your way around a clinic).
A natural knack for organisation and multitasking.
Confidence learning and using new techbring on the AI!
Strong computer and keyboard skills (bonus points if youve mastered dental software).
A warm bubbly personality that patients and colleagues love.
