Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Our passion for food comes from the Mediterranean lifestyle where a meal means sitting down with family and friends and sharing laughter stories and bountiful food.
Previous Management experience is essential.
You will ideally have an infectious energy and a natural leaning towards hospitality. Composed under pressure a clear communicator who is not afraid in confronting difficult situations with customers or staff. Takes pride in his personal brand and has stamina for those long hours. And assist the General Managers with the following:
Briefly:
- Monitor and control the implementation of BOH and FOH procedures
- Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH
- Conduct brands audit together with store management team as directed and designed by Home Office
- Accountable for correct deviations
- Ensure that the financial systems POS and brand processes are followed according to the standards operations
- Profit and Loss statements
- Stock Management
- Rota management
Experience:
- At least 5 years working in the restaurant industry
- At least 3 years in a leading role
