Part Time Tree House Ambassador - Prudential

This role promises a fastpaced invigorating environment where team members will have the pleasure of bringing Tree House products to the city of Boston. The Tree House Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service throughout all interactions with guests who visit our storefront and kiosk canstogo station located on the arcade level of the Prudential Center. Tree House Ambassadors are expected to provide exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Prudential Center by maximizing engagement opportunities and addressing guests with enthusiasm that encourages them to try Tree House products. We are looking for someone who shows an energetic passion for the brand and has the ability to captivate guests to drive sales.

We look for flexibility in scheduling with availability during peak business hours. Starting pay for this position is $21/hr. Ultimately; in determining your pay well consider your experience skills relevant education and training and other jobrelated factors.

As a Tree House Ambassador you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing a welcoming educated experience for all guests delivering exceptional customer service throughout all interactions always representing the Tree House brand to the general public with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude
• Driving sales of Tree House products by engaging with guests and leveraging every interaction to lead to a positive experience for guests
• Assisting with kiosk orders and inperson transactions primarily engaging with guests and providing helpful welcoming information about our company and products
• Can packing and restocking in the arcade level cooler keeping all aspects of the cooler clean and organized
• Beer garden support and pouring
• Assist in restocking merchandise shelves as requested
• Other retail related tasks as needed such as product movement and keg replenishment

Applicant Requirements:

• 6 months of professional customer service/sales experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of application
• Ability to respond to the general public (nonTree House customers) courteously and professionally
• Relevant experience in a fastpaced hospitality/retail environment preferred
• Flexible schedule and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to ensure coverage and that retail needs are met
• You are driven selfmotivated and able to work autonomously with a focused and hard working attitude
• Ability to push pull bend and lift in excess of 25 lbs. as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday with the assistance of hand trucks and carts as needed. Ability to be on your feet for 68 hour shifts consistently.
• Comfortable working in largescale industrial coolers
• A quick learner who is able to work with minimal or no supervision
• Ability to multitask and work coolly and professionally in time sensitive situations
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and/or pivot plans quickly in order to coordinate corrective actions needed
