As our Morning Lead Coach youll be the driving force behind our most dedicated members. Were seeking a veteran trainer who can:
- Set the standard for training excellence in our signature morning classes
- Mentor and develop other trainers while maintaining exceptional class quality
- Build and nurture a thriving morning community
- Create an unforgettable member experience that starts before sunrise
- Drive results through expert coaching and motivation
YOUR DAILY IMPACT & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and energize our signature morning F45 workouts 5AM9AM MF)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our earlybird members
- Conduct comprehensive goalsetting consultations with trial members
- Demonstrate perfect form and provide advanced coaching cues
- Guide modifications for all fitness levels while maintaining class intensity
- Drive membership growth through exceptional service and proven leadership
- Oversee morning operations including equipment management and studio presentation
- Mentor other trainers and maintain training standards
- Create a vibrant morning culture that members cant resist
WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Minimum 5 years of professional fitness training experience
- Previous leadership role in a fitness environment required
- F45 experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellence in group fitness programming and
- Deep understanding of functional movement and HIIT principles
- Strong business acumen and membership growth mindset
- Social media expertise to showcase our morning community
THE ESSENTIALS
- Current national fitness certification (NSA ACE ACSM PTA Global NASM or AFAA)
- Valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Group training certification
- Reliable transportation for early morning arrival
- Physical stamina to maintain high energy through multiple morning classes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Note: This is a morning position 59AM MondayFriday). Candidates must be available for all morning hours and demonstrate reliability with early morning schedules.
