Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a highquality learning experience for our students. This position involves planning and implementing TLE curriculum creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment and fostering strong relationships with children parents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a curriculum that promotes the social emotional cognitive and physical development of each child.
Create a safe engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Observe and assess each childs progress and communicate with parents regularly.
Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with colleagues and parents.
Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and attendance.
Ensure the classroom is clean organized and wellmaintained.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with young children.
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a warm and nurturing classroom environment.
CPR and First Aid certification
