Job description: As a Business Development Executive (Client Management) at PentagonSpace you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with IT companies and identifying recruitment opportunities for our trained candidates. You will be responsible for client management and leveraging your networking skills to establish and maintain partnerships that benefit both our candidates and our partner organizations.

Objectives:

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies understanding their hiring needs and recruitment processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry focusing on companies that align with PentagonSpaces mission and values.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities providing insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand PentagonSpaces client base and revenue streams.

Recruitment Opportunities:

  • Collaborate with the training and development team to understand the skills and capabilities of our trained candidates.
  • Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities at partner IT companies facilitating the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
  • Provide ongoing support to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions business development activities and recruitment outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses to track progress toward business development goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to optimize strategies and maximize results.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Candidates should interested in business development and client Management.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a proactive attitude toward taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Passion for education technology and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals.
