Job Description
- A minimum of 1 year of experience coaching gymnastics or highlevel achievement as a competitive gymnast.
- Knowledge and ability to grow skills and spot skills tumbling on the bar beam and vault.
- Create a fun and positive learning environment ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in class.
- Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here and love to smile!
- Communicate effectively with parents about skill progression and class information.
- Assist with setup and clean up of gym before and after class.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- You love having fun encouraging kids and watching them learn and build confidence.
