Were looking for motivated Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career with competitive commissionbased pay performance bonuses and a full benefits package including:

What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers as they visit the dealership.
- Provide a consultative sales approach to help customers find the perfect vehicle.
- Engage and follow up with leads via phone email and social media.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits both on the lot and during test drives.
- Guide customers through the sales process including financing applications.
What Were Looking For
- Highenergy enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales.
- Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills (inperson and over the phone).
- A customerfocused mindset with the ability to overcome objections and build relationships.
- Selfmotivated competitive and goaloriented with a strong work ethic.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not requiredwell provide training!
