Job Description
Full Time Food Service Associate
As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason Ohio were hiring for key positions to begin training at our existing stores! This is a unique opportunity to get a head start gain handson experience and be a part of the foundation for our newest location. If you love people and good food join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.
Food is our specialty at Dorothy Lane Market and were proud to offer the very best in prepared options. From stunning entres and salads in our gourmet delicatessen to instore eats like hot DLM Homemade Soups and NaplesStyle Pizza we offer a bountiful array of exquisite foods crafted using the finest ingredients.
We are looking for experienced food professionals to begin training now to prepare for our Mason store opening. We have both front of house and back of house opportunities in a variety of roles including:
- Line Cooks
- Catering and Boxed Lunch Production
- NaplesStyle Pizza and Sandwiches
- Customer Service Leads
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
- Food safety expertise.
- Prior food service experience.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest Safe Helpful and HardWorking
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- 18 years old or older.
- Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
