About the Role
Were looking for a motivated experienced and creative Technical Writer to join our growing Engineering team in the US!
As a spokesperson for Topsorts retail media APIs and products youll turn complex concepts into engaging visually appealing narratives. We want someone with a strong aesthetic sense and a creative mindset who can craft compelling stories that make our technology both accessible and exciting.

What Youll Do
- Craft Engaging Documentation Develop refine and maintain user guides API documentation and onboarding materials that make complex ideas easy to grasp.
- Tell the Story of Our Tech Go beyond traditional documentationweave a compelling narrative that not only informs but also captivates users making their learning experience seamless and enjoyable.
- Collaborate with Experts Work closely with developers engineers and product teams to deeply understand the technology and translate it into wellstructured easytofollow documentation.
- Keep the Story Fresh Ensure all documentation evolves with our product staying up to date with the latest features changes and improvements.
- Set the Standard Maintain clarity consistency and usability across all materials ensuring that Topsorts documentation stands out in both accuracy and engagement.
- Enhance User Experience Conduct usability testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve the readability accessibility and impact of your work.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a STEM field.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in documentation.
- Tools & Tech: Familiarity with documentation tools like Microsoft Word Google Docs and CMS platforms.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Work Setup: Onsite in Boston office 4 days a week.
- Bonus: Frontend development knowledge is a plus.
