Job Summary:
The technical assembler is responsible for assembling valves hoses quick connects dielectric fittings and newly introduced technical assembly product lines according to company specifications and quality standards. This role involves working with various components using hand and power tools following blueprints or work instructions and conducting quality checks to ensure proper functionality of the finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Production:
- Assemble valves hoses quick connects dielectric fittings and newly introduced technical assembly product lines by following work instructions blueprints and standard operating procedures.
- Use hand tools power tools and other equipment to fit and secure components.
- Install seals O-rings seats and other valve components with precision.
- Ensure proper torque settings and alignment of parts during assembly.
- Apply lubricants thread sealants and gaskets as required.
Quality Control & Inspection:
- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure valves meet quality specifications.
- Test assembled valves for leaks pressure resistance and smooth operation.
- Identify and report defective parts or assembly issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and assembly records.
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations related to assembly and workplace safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient assembly environment.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and correct assembly issues to maintain product quality.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly preferably in valve manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and work instructions.
- Experience using hand tools torque wrenches calipers and other measuring devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience assembling valves fittings hoses or related fluid control components.
- Knowledge of pressure testing and leak detection methods.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing best practices.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to noise oil and moving machinery.
- Requires sitting standing bending and lifting throughout the shift.
