Coordinate and follow up w.r.t. External / Internal andCustomer audits.
To Control all the documents of the company
Prepare Issue & Revise ProceduresFormats& work Instructionsof all the departmentsand
to maintain the records of the same
To maintain the records of theItems DrawingsControl Plans Operation
StandardsFMEAPacking standards Inspection Standards etc. &update the Master List of
the same as per requirement
Nonconformities closing by improving the system & fulfilling the requirements of system as
well as customer.
PlanningScheduling and conducting InternalProcessAudits as per audit schedule.
To prepare consolidate &present KPI MIS & MRM.
Prepare 8D Reports& Handle Customer Complaints.
Prepare Presentations
Prepare Org. Chart & Pareto Charts.
To lead LMCS Activity asLean Coordinator
PerformKaizen & Improvement Activity
Perform5S& SafetyAudit in plant
