In this pivotal role youll play a key part in designing deploying and maintaining cuttingedge infrastructure solutionsthat meet the evolving needs of our organization. Youll work closely with architects and crossfunctional teams to evaluate develop and recommend technology solutions that align with our business objectives ensuring our systems are secure scalable and optimized for high performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced highstakes environment and is passionate about shaping robust and reliable infrastructure solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of handson experience in designing implementing and supporting complex infrastructure systems with a focus on performance and scalability

• Extensive experience in architecture and solution design particularly for complex infrastructure systems in enterprise environments

• Experience in data center design storage and networking strategies

• Knowledge of the hospitality and casino industriesis a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft server operating systems Active Directory Linux platforms and VMware

• Extensive experience designing highavailability solutions such as clustering load balancing and data replication

• Experience with cloud platforms(AWS Azure preferably Google Cloud)

• Familiarity with highly regulated environments (MICS PCI SOX)

• Experience with ITSMpractices and frameworks

• Strong technical aptitude with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills

• Oncall availability on a rotational basis

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving challenges and work under pressure

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• Bachelors degree in MIS or a related technical field or equivalent experience

• Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any necessary certifications

YourResponsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and deploying highly scalable secure and reliable infrastructure solutionsthat meet business needs across various environments (onpremise hybrid and cloud)

• Collaborating with architects and crossfunctional teams to develop comprehensive technology roadmapsthat guide infrastructure decisions and integrations across systems

• Designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity strategiestailored to the unique needs of highly regulated and highavailability environments like gaming

• Reviewing technical requirements and establishing clear project milestones ensuring that projects meet defined objectives within set timelines

• Deploying and maintaining Unix and Microsoft Servers Storage Arrays VMware infrastructure and other enterprise technologies

• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to servers Active Directory VMware and application services across the enterprise

• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in infrastructure design systems architecture and technology trends

• Conducting thorough assessments and performance tuningto ensure optimal operation of systems

• Architecting solutionsthat meet security standards while enabling agility performance and costeffectiveness in cloud environments

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to infrastructure system configurations and best practices

• Responding to emergency outages promptly following established protocols for disaster recovery and business continuity

• Providing strategic guidance on technology evolution product selection and infrastructurerelated design strategies

• Working closely with other business units and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutionsacross the organization

• Conducting root cause analysisfor complex technical issues and implementing corrective action plans

• Ensuring compliancewith relevant industry standards regulations and policies (such as PCI MICS SOX)

• Interacting with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of thirdparty systems and services
