Job Description Summary
Project Management for the Portfolio assigned / Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill the customer contractual obligation order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.This role Impacts the teams ability to achieve service quality and timeliness of objectives and is subject to operating policy objectives.
There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
Job Description
What youll do:
As theCustomer Portfolio Manageryou will:
- Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and your assigned customer(s)own the customer relationshipand contribute to the overall business strategy and growth.
- Develop and own site customer communication plan coordinate and facilitate regular GE Vernova/Customer meetings reviewing open items and action plans and reviewingexisting and new GE Vernova products/servicesthat could provide value for the customer.
- OverseeGas Power warrantyand applicable commercial considerations including concessions as they arise balancing maximum benefits for the customer and GE Vernova
- Be responsible foroutage/nonoutage parts planningincluding requests for quotes providing quotes to customers placing/managing parts orders through delivery and invoicing for parts as applicable.
- Be responsible formanaging the Outage planning and executionprocess and processing of Change Orders.
- Be responsible for customer invoicing collections and support GE Vernova internal financial operating metrics.
- Act as the Customer Advocate within the GE Vernova organization.
- Provide leadership in owning and driving all emergent/forced outage matters to resolution.
- Manage safe outage planning and mindful of our GE Vernova Life Saving Principles.
- Accountable for the wing to wing outage via organizing preoutage postoutage and outage milestone meetings to deliver desired outcomes.
- Own contract leadership and fulfillment including all project deliverables and understanding theT&Cs and contract requirementssuch as LD & Bonus structure.
- Be the point of contact / liaison between customer GE Vernova Repair network and suppliers ensuring clear communication regarding parts and repair status managing part and repair timeline requirements and any potential issues/risks to quality or on time delivery ensuring we apply our LEAN methodology.
- Provide operational excellence w/GEV Parts & Repairs Network to meet MMP&CSA agreement standard cycle time guarantees. Responsible for customer concerns regarding coordination of all Capital Parts and Repairs according to standard cycle contractual obligations.
- Lead the parts and repair fulfillment of Calpine assets utilizing project management tools to effectively analyze fleet repair needs schedule part demand and repairs in advance/ontime w/global fulfillment centers considering preplanning and prioritization and applying risk mitigation strategies continuously.
- Track part and repair costs identifying costsaving opportunities and manage change order / extra work requirements according to our SQDC priorities.
- Generate reporting as necessary for metrics like Parts & Repairs Network completion rates turnaround times and cost breakdowns to identify areas for improvement.
- Anticipate and identify potential risks associated with repairs such as parts/repairs delays or unexpected complications and develop contingency alternative risk mitigation strategies.
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited University or College (Associates degree with 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)
- Minimum of 57 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services and/or Energy Industry

For U.S. based candidates only for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements the base pay range for this position is$00 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for A Variable Incentive Bonus of 15.The Company pays a geographic differential of 110 120 or 130 of salary in certain areas.This position will stay open on the career website until at March16 2025
