International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer and Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SME) issuing activities as well as our Commercial Large Market sales and account development teams outside of the United States under a single organization to accelerate our growth.
Join us as a Lending Portfolio manager Drive product performance and growth for the Consumer products in the Nordics.
Are you passionate about using data to fine-tune products and unlock products Were looking for an analytical and product-focused portfolio manager to take ownership of the product portfolio in the Nordics with a strong focus on our lending portfolio. In this role youll play a central role in optimizing our product performance identifying patterns uncovering opportunities and driving analysis required that truly move the needle.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner in cross-functional projects contributing to both strategic thinking and operational follow-through
- Oversee the performance of the portfolio translate insights to concrete actions
- Manage stakeholder relationship and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with our strategic partners to ensure alignment maximize value and identify opportunities
- Lead and develop a high performing team fostering a culture of ownership and continuous growth
- Elevate the analysis of our benefits portfolio leveraging data and insights to drive more strategic and impactful decisions
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in Swedish and English spoken and written. Norwegian and Finnish a strong plus.
- . in relevant field such as Economics Finance Mathematics or Business
- Proven experience from the credit card industry
- Proven experience in portfolio management product optimization or similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with data analysis tool (Python R SQL) and a solid understanding of data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience is a requirement for this position.
- A structured and curious mindset you enjoy solving complex problems and asking the right questions and youre not afraid to stretch beyond your core area of expertise
